Minetech Korea Petroleum Industrial Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company was formed to carry out business of owning, manufacturing, operating and managing bitumen enamel plant and importing, selling, marketing of bituminous products in Malaysia and other countries.

Minetech M.B. (Huizhou) Building Materials Ltd was established to carry out the business of operating, processing, selling, marketing and distributing of granite stone, limestone and other related products.

Incorporation of Minetech Quarries Singapore Pte Ltd to carry out sales and marketing of quarry products and other related products.
2005 Listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
2003 Minetech Realty Sdn Bhd was incorporated as a property investment holding company.
2002 Minetech Premix Sdn Bhd was established to expand into value added premix products, focusing on the manufacturing and trading of all types of asphalt premix for the road construction and maintenance industry.
1996 Minetech Quarries Sdn Bhd was established as a marketing arm for quarry products for the group.
1989 Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd was established to provide specialised civil engineering services, focusing on rock excavation and infrastructure development projects.
1984 K. S. Chin Minerals Sdn Bhd was formed to assume the business operations of Chin Construction.
Chin Construction, a sole proprietorship was established by the Group's founder, Mr. Choy Sen @ Chin Kim Sang. Chin Construction was principally involved in the drilling and blasting services.
